OUR PROGRAM
We’ve designed our Dental Assisting program to fit seamlessly into the busy schedules of our students, without sacrificing the quality and depth of your training. That’s why classes are held only on Saturdays for the first 8 weeks, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Smithfield Family Dentistry—giving you the flexibility to balance work, family, and life while advancing your career.
The program runs just 10 weeks, providing a fast-track path to entering the dental field. During the final 2 weeks, you’ll complete 40 hours of hands-on externship in a real dental office, gaining practical experience and professional connections that will set you apart as a confident, workplace-ready dental assistant.
Our streamlined curriculum covers all the essential skills and knowledge you need to succeed, including chairside assisting, infection control, radiography, dental terminology, and patient management. Upon completion, you’ll walk away with your Radiology Certification and CPR Certification, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the demands of a modern dental office.
